What I learned from carrying it home on the Subway: I need to work on my Upper Body strength!
Question: Am I supposed to ride a helmet?

Got to say that thing looks a little bit scary. Could it double as some sort of meat grinder?
I can certainly imagine that carrying that thing would be quite a workout.

LOL... Only if you are like somebody I know whose bike slipped off the trainer and they crashed into a wall.

Look like a Jedi Jetpack! What a cool gift of health and fitness, it beats the upright stationary cycle at my local gym as it uses your "real" bike and makes the training more realistic.
ok I've been wanting to get a trainer, but I don't really know what to look for in one..how do you know it's a good one?

how's the trainer been? I have a magnetic one... with the weather these days, i'm just happy to be able to ride :)
