Track and Feild Hurts.
I am in a lot of pain.
Like I don't think I have EVER hurt this bad after a long run.
It's a bunch of different muscles that hurt too. A lot of hamstrings.
Save me.

Im thinking about doing the Marathon Clinic at the Running Room, and messing around with the runs. I don't know why, but I want to. SO I might.

I'm done complaining now!

How long was your Long Run? What effort, did you wear a heart rate monitor? Do you hurt this bad as you're rusty or because of the course? Adaptation comes slowly, be sure to have an easy day or rest day afterwards.

I must have written that wrong. I was comparing the pain to othat of what i have felt after a long run in the past.
I took a rest day.
I'll run an easy 10 today.
Should i get lighter shoes for track?
