Locked In
Hello to all you out there in blogger land,
My door is locked. The chain is on. There is a guard (in the form of my mother) insisting that I will not leave.
I cannot sneak out the window, as we are 12 stories off the ground, which I am sure she planned.
And this is none of my own doing I will have you know.
The classic chest cold, I guess.
Hacking up a lung, lovely green gunk, fever.
Yes. The mother of mine will not let me leave the house. I am stuck. So, its homework and then an early bedtime I guess.
Hope all is well. I got the new issue of Runner's World so I guess it will be my pre-bed thing.
Run Strong,
Tiger

You poor thing. Nice virus picture, BTW. I didn't realize you had your own electron microscope. How much did that cost?
Take it easy and get well soon. Don't be stubborn (like me) and try to start back until you feel 100%. Many people start to panic that they are losing fitness with a layoff, but your body will adapt and you'll be back stronger than ever.
On a side note, thanks again for linking to our Blog Database on the main Faithful Soles web site. We now have bloggers from 37 states in the USA and 20 other countries. Get well soon!
Smart to stay in bed and rest until you feel better! Runner's World Magazine is my favorite night time reading!
